Jacko Luong, President, graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a B.A in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. He is truly a local area expert having been born and raised in Southern California.

AOA are Southern California experts with successful outdoor advertising campaign experience throughout the US. AOA also sells airport, rail, digital displays and mall advertising products.
